Are you working in the Performing Arts in Scotland? Do you have perspectives to share on working with caring responsibilities?

As part of a Scottish Government Workplace Equality Fund grant PiPA is working with Federation of Scottish Theatre and partners across Scotland to establish regional networks of performing arts organisations and individual practitioners. The aim is to share best practice, insights and resources, and to establish local support for carers and parents. What do performing arts practitioners with caring responsibilities in your area need to make work work for them? What do organisations need to support them? These action-oriented networks are a great opportunity to get brilliant creative minds in the room together to make a real difference.

These free, child-friendly and informal events are for local theatre, music and dance companies (of all scales), as well as individual/independent artists and practitioners to gather and develop action plans with PiPA and the host partner.
